Building a home for the first time can either be a very stressful process or an exciting opportunity. Luckily for us, we had the pleasure of working with Dal and we can’t stop raving about the entire project. Start to finish, Dal was there to walk us through each step, had answers to all of our questions and had the trades lined up to have our home completed in a short time frame. 

Dal has a great relationship with his trades and he has the right subcontractor for every task. We were guided by Dal every step of the way and every single detail was to the highest standard. 

This is our dream home and Dal made it possible. We have laughter throughout our hallways, cozy movie nights as a family and we are creating amazing memories while our kids grow in our home. 

It’s good to be home.
